Our client based north of Seattle is seeking a Principal Hardware/Manufacturing Engineer.

Principal Hardware/Manufacturing Engineer will be a senior individual contributor, responsible for all aspects of bringing system level products to mass production. There also is potential for growth into a manufacturing manager role. Candidate must have 10-15 years experience implementing DFA, DFM and DFT processes for high volume production PCB assemblies. Candidate will have developed specifications for manufacturing test equipment, test procedures and statistical process control. Responsibilities will include qualifying manufacturing subcontractors, contract negotiation and compliance. Candidate must be skilled in planning and execution of New Product Introduction for PCBA level products, including implementation product lifecycle management and product design management systems. Will be required to work with engineering design teams on product optimization for yield and cost optimization. BSEE with 5 years experience in board level design is required.
