- 5 years + experience in board or FPGA or both design.
- Board design experience should be related to high speed signaling (5G/10G serial links)
- Experience in complex board design: 20+ layers/120mil + thick boards
- System experience is required. Candidate must have a systems back ground to help understand interfaces/interconnects/etc.
- Good communication skill, both verbal and written.
- Out going person- candidate needs to be able to work with cross functional teams.
- Self motivated person. Must be able to take a task/project and drive it with minimal to no help.
- Lab/debug experience a must. Must be able to work with signaling scopes, logic analyzer, etsc.
- FPGA experience with both Altera and Xilinx and knowledge of the tool sets
