Qualifications needed:
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management and performing data analysis
• Experience in SQL, Access, Excel; quantitative and qualitative analytical ability, able to easily recognize patterns & simplify/distill complex data
• Experience gathering requirements, working with clients and process management
• Demonstrated success in roles requiring logical, systematic thinking in a highly dynamic environment.
• Deadline focused
• Understanding of and ability to work within evolving businesses and administrative processes
• Assertive, entrepreneurial orientation: capable of setting and maintaining priorities, innovating
• Ability to work in white space and create new ideas with passionate commitment to a successful outcome.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills requiring communication of technical knowledge to diverse audiences, collaboration and diplomacy skills.
• Ability to prepare quantitative and qualitative analysis, data in graphical formats to communicate with client
• A passion for the nonprofit sector
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
• Consulting experience preferred
