Our Eastside client is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their team.

Job Description:
• Develop software in C++ using Design Patterns to meet application requirements
• Develop software with 1000's of lines of preexisting code to be built upon.
• Be proactive with management and engineering teams meeting deadlines
• Review software requirements and specifications
• Perform and follow software quality processes
*QNX a huge plus
*Labview a huge plus.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 1-5 years experience developing software applications with C++
• Demonstrated software development and technical skills
• Strong object oriented programming and software design pattern skills
• Ability to quickly analyze and debug a large and complex code base
• Perform and participate in code reviews
• Excellent software debugging skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Additional Skills (nice to have):
• Experience in developing navigation or automotive software applications
• Fluent in a second language both written and verbal
